After searching for several months on their own, Broadband TV approached CTR to help fill a critical new senior management role: Head of Mobile to lead a new division within BBTV. The right candidate would require a deep understanding of data analytics combined with third-party, business development expertise and an intuitive understanding of the mobile games industry. It was a top-priority hire for BBTV, and they needed the expertise and commitment from a specialized external recruitment team.
Members of the BBTV team had worked with CTR in the past. BBTV was confident Nathalie and David would implicitly understand the challenging mix of requirements the role presented and could tap their vast network for suitable candidates. Within a few weeks, CTR introduced BBTV to three candidates, each of whom brought different perspectives and qualities to the role. Within a month of starting the search, BBTV hired one of the candidates presented by CTR.
